FC Dayton's WPSL Coach, Bradley Schluter, was voted 'Coach of the Year' in his inaugural season after finishing first in the Ohio Valley Conference, Western Division.

The WPSL player base consists of the best high school collegiate, and post-collegiate talent in the area and include Brandi Chastian, Julie Foudy, Alex Morgan, and most recently, Rose Lavelle, who played right here in Dayton!

The WPSL structure is unique in that players aged 16-30 can participate.

This provides young players the experience they need to prepare them for college, current collegiate players the opportunity to remain fit and develop their skills & post-collegiate players another opportunity to make the jump to the professional ranks.

For young players looking to play High School, Collegiately and beyond, there are no better role models to be exposed to than the professionally players of the WPSL.

The majority of a WPSL roster is made up of Division 1 women from the extended community area, meaning that  these WPSL players came from the same High Schools and played for the same clubs as our aspiring FC Dayton youth players.
